i would give zero if i could. they have sent me a damaged trike and now there asking me fix it by sending me parts. i have spent $700 on this things and i cant even get a hold of anyone over the phone and the only deal with this via email. There must be a reason behind this… im so frustrated as im getting no help. they keep asking me to send more photos which i have been. i have been dealing with this for 1 month now. there return policy is only 15 days for damage product!! i’m not even sure if i will be getting my money back….
