Returns & Replacements

Bentleytrike.ca, owned and operated by Posh Baby and Kids stands behind every product that is shipped out of our facility, and aims to provide only the highest quality of products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please consider the following policies:

Return of Unopened Items

All unopened items can be shipped back to Posh Baby and Kids for a full refund on the price of the product. Since shipping costs are incurred in shipping the product to you, this amount will not be returned.  Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to apply for a refund. The offer is no longer available after the 15 days from receiving the product.

Return of Damaged Products

We try our best to only ship products of the highest quality but products can sometimes be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or exchange.

We may require documentation to establish the extent of the damage suffered by the product and refusal to provide this proof will result in termination of the returns process.

Damaged products can be returned for a full refund or a replacement product. You will not be responsible for the return shipping if the return is initiated due to a damaged product.

Please contact us immediately after spotting any damage, and do not ship the product back to us unless specifically directed to by our customer service team. You can contact us at sales@bentleytrike.ca regarding any questions or concerns.

Store Credit

Customer have the option of receiving a website credit for a future purchase in lieu of a refund.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number, this number can be used to track your shipment from the applicable shipping company.
