This has been a really disappointing purchase experience which I'll break down into parts.
1. The delay. I made the pre-order on Jul 15, the estimated shipping out date was the end of July. We did not receive the product until Aug 31.
2. We did not receive any updates or tracking details, the delivery(to Vancouver) was made by Canpar who didn't knock or ring the doorbell.
3. The product(Bentley Bacalar Electric Ride-On Car for Kids) does not look premium. The dashboard is a sticker. The rearview mirrors show a murky distorted reflection. The seat is plastic. Website photos are somewhat misleading.
4. The product has a defect. One of the headlights is perpetually on, and the car's "ON/OFF" button has no impact on it.
5. The unsatisfactory resolution process. We emailed support the same day we received the product and discovered the defect with the headlights, on Aug 31, and provided a video. They admitted the defect, but it is now Sep 16 and there still has been no resolution.
